5 MYTHS OF FINDING YOUR SOUL PURPOSE.

AND WHAT IT REALLY IS ALL ABOUT.

PEOPLE ARE WAKING UP

So many people are waking up right now. Confused and dazzled we look around and notice that something is just… off. Work long hours at a soulless workplace, earn more money, buy material stuff, keeping up with the Joneses and rushing all day through the rat race is the norm. And it’s a norm that we now question. Is this really what life is all about? It sure can’t be, right?

We are longing for something more, a larger sense of direction, and most of all PURPOSE. But when it comes to finding and understanding your calling there seems to be a lot of misunderstandings that keep people stuck. Let’s bust through this misconceptions and embrace the most exhilarating search of them all – the journey back home to your true self and to your real Life Purpose.

MYTH ONE: YOUR SOUL PURPOSE IS SOMETHING YOU DO

The society today is obsessed with DOING, and the action focus have slithered into the world of divine purpose. When we think of Life Purpose we think of working, doing and creating. The one and only career path. But your Life Purpose is the energy frequency of your true BEING, it is who you really are underneath the cloak of who you ”should be”. Life Purpose isn’t doing  – it’s BEING. It’s LIVING.

the truth

Purpose isn’t doing, it’s being.

It’s LIVING.

MYTH two: You have only one path, one mission

This misconception is connected to the first myth. If you understand that your purpose is about finding and understanding your true essence, and embody that core force, you also understand that just having one task is absolutley bonkers. You have one Life Purpose(=being), but many Life Projects(=doing). And the projects, the physical manifestation of your Purpose will change and grow with you. That means that you, of course, can be multi passionate. You can be both the organized bossbabe in tailored suit and the crazy boho artist at the same time – you can be everything your are and still live your one true Purpose.

MYTH THREE: WHEN YOU UNDERSTAND YOUR PURPOSE YOUR LIFE WILL BE FIGURED OUT ONCE AND FOR ALL

Omg, finding your Purpose is just the beginning, honey. It’s like when Harry Potter opens the letter from Hogwarts or when Rey understands that she has the force. The adventure of LIVING your Purpose will be strenuous, scary, and more than often outside your comfort zone. But it will also be magical, exhilarating, and it will be YOUR TRUE PATH. Always. Worth. It.

MYTH four: NOT EVERYONE HAS A PURPOSE

Duh. You are stardust, a soul having a human experience in this meat suit on a planet moving through space. You are fucking badass. Before you came to Earth this time you decided what you were supposed to be and do with your time here. Don’t play small. We ain’t got time for that!

MYTH FIVE: YOUR PURPOSE WILL BE CRYSTAL CLEAR

“My Life Purpose will come to me, unicorns will sing, and I will understand my mission PERFECTLY.” Sorry bae, your Purpose will come to you in scattered pieces, in indescribable feelings, as a whispering light summer’s breeze, or a tornado that will turn your life upside down. You will not understand everything straight away, as Katniss had no idea what it meant to be the Mockingjay when she took her sisters’ place in the Hunger Games. Your reality will be wrecked and weirder than usual, but at the same time, everything suddenly makes a little bit more sense.

Love and stardust,
